HOW
Before starting your Juice Cleanse, you must 'prep' your body by upholding a healthy diet three days before your cleanse date. This will help ease the hunger cravings during your cleanse.

3 DAYS PRIOR
Eliminate processed/junk/fast foods, sugar, meat, dairy, caffeine and alcohol

Stay hydrated – drink 8 (or more) glasses of water per day

Get extra sleep

DAY BEFORE

Do not take any self-prescribed, or over the counter medications

Stop all non-prescribed vitamins and supplements; unless advised to take them by a physician

DURING
Start your first day off with a glass of water and fresh lemon

Drink your 6 juices per day in 2 hour increments

If you must eat; snack on raw vegetables (eating does slow down the cleansing process)

Drink 8 (or more) glasses of water per day

AFTER
Start with eating soft, easy to digest foods (ex: soup, hummus, etc.)

Gradually incorporate solid foods (start with, ex: rice, eggs, fatty fishes (tuna, salmon), salad, vegetables & fruits, etc.)

Try including daily juice into your daily routine to maintain that healthy, amazing feeling that juicing allows you to experience!

It can be tough when those food cravings come along, but with a strong mind and a set goal you can accomplish your juice cleanse with ease! You will be eliminating most of your comfort foods, and depending on your level of detoxification, you may experience some headaches, nausea and slight mood swings. These symptoms usually go away after 24 hours.

After a couple days, you will feel more energized and revitalized!
